My wife and I went here with our eldest Grandson. and his young lady for afternoon tea. We were shown into the large main room which was light and airy, with a lovely view over Newport, which on this occasion we had all to ourselves which suited us as we had not met up for a number of years and it allowed us to talk. The cafe area itself was pleasantly busy with people enjoying tea etc The food, sandwhiches and homemade cakes , scones with jam and cream, unlimited tea or coffee served with a cheery and welcoming smile was excellent. I had previously phoned with our likes and dislikes and all our preferences were met to the letter with regard to sandwhiches filling bread type etc. I highly recommend this venue for family gatherings and or events and also for just a walk in the park with tea at the end of it.-

Such a lovely tea room with excellent selection of both food and drink. Lots of homemade offerings. I had the cheese and leek quiche which was so tasty, fresh and all at such a reasonable price. The young man that served us was very friendly and made a wonderful cappuccino! We will be back!

Such a wonderful afternoon tea experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, going above and beyond to accommodate our friend’s allergies by keeping her food carefully separate. They took the time to explain each item on the stand, which we really appreciated. The food was clearly made with attention and care, and we were never without plenty of tea and coffee. A lovely, welcoming place — would highly recommend to anyone!

My friends and I had a fantastic afternoon tea at Belle Vue. One of my friends is gluten free and was provided with a full selection of gluten free rolls, cakes, and scone, while the other two of us had our own selections. Proper china and linen made us feel very refined. The service was fantastic, very friendly staff. They even had doggie bags at hand ready for us to take our leftovers!

My husband and I were given a voucher for Afternoon Tea which we used as part of our Ruby Wedding Celebrations. We throughly enjoyed the food, lovely selection of sandwiches on brown and white bread, 4 different kinds of cake and a scone each with fresh cream and jam, not forgetting tea or coffee. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would recommend.

Had a lovely afternoon tea with our elderly mums. Setting is lovely. In a pavilion style tea room. Service was quick efficient and friendly. Good price for the afternoon tea. Sandwiches and cakes were delicious. Easy access for disabled with disabled toilet close by. Would visit again

We went for afternoon tea you have to book in advance. The surroundings are perfectly splendid. The staff are lovely and the selection of sandwiches and cakes are varied and delicious. Definitely worth a visit.
